Combining technology, talent & culture to deliver an extraordinary service
Everyone says they hire the best talent. The difference is we really do. For example, we pay our Tier 1 engineers on averge 170% of typical industry rates. Why? Because these resources are the first impression a customer experiences. We can afford to do this because the technologies that we use are so efficient that it dramatically lowers our service delivery costs.
Transparency. We believe in open and honest communication both internally and externally. For example, our CIO dashboard presents the same live data to our customers that we see.
Continual Service Improvement. We don’t only review the past performance in our service reviews, we explore ways to improve the customer experience going forward.
Commitment. We are committed to offer only solutions where we can deliver industry leading results!
