Welcome and thank you for visiting the nDivision website. I am Alan Hixon, President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board.

Our Company purpose, to harness IT technologies which are often complex but capable of creating tremendous business value, and make them available to customers as a service, is what we aspire to achieve, to an excellent standard and at an affordable price point.

At nDivision, taking care of our customers and committing wholeheartedly to partnerships is absolutely part of our DNA. We never take for granted a decision to do business with us, and we expect to earn every bit of our success.

Efficiency is a core tenet for our business, so to that end, I’m endeavoring to keep this message concise.

Alan Hixon

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER, DIRECTOR

Alan is a founder, and as nDivision’s CEO, is responsible for the company’s strategy and the execution of key business initiatives. In critical customer and partner interactions, Alan utilizes his extensive relationship building and negotiation skills for a mutually beneficial outcome. He has created successful businesses in partnership with global partners including IBM, Dell and Microsoft. Originally from the U.K., Alan now lives in Dallas, TX, and enjoys indoor rowing, an interest he shares with his teenage son who rows for a local club.

Andy is responsible for managing the finance team, financial controls, public company filings, financial planning and more. Andy started his career working for the audit firms Grant Thornton LLP and PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP and has extensive experience with young, rapid growth public companies. Over the past 18 years, Andy has held several CFO positions for public companies. Andy lives in Odessa, FL, is married with three children that are rapidly growing up.

A founder at nDivision and its Chief Administrative Officer, Brad was initially responsible for managing a strategic partnership with a global solutions provider, implemented numerous business processes, and assisted the finance team. Brad played a key role in nDivision’s transition to a public company and assists in related processes, as well as partner and customer related operations. Brad lives in Dallas, TX, is married, and enjoys traveling with his wife, meeting new and interesting people and sharing those moments with great friends.

An nDivision founder and its Chief Technology Officer, Justin is responsible for the company’s technological vision and leads the service delivery organization. Justin works closely with key partners including IPsoft, Microsoft and Dell, oversees the architecting of related complex solutions, and is the driving force behind nDivision’s use of technology to achieve competitive advantage. Justin lives in Waco, TX, is married with two children and is an avid hunter.

John is the Chair of nDivision’s Compensation Committee and currently serves as Chief Revenue Officer at Enchanted Rock, responsible for scaling commercial and industrial operations. Prior to this, John was EVP, Chief Commercial Officer at CyrusOne (NASDAQ: CONE), President at Stratasys (NASDAQ: SSYS), Chief Revenue Officer at ReachLocal, and held various senior executive positions for Dell for more than 14 years. John lives in Dallas, TX, is married and has two children in college. He received his MBA from Vanderbilt University.

John Gould

Larry is the founder and Managing Partner for King Strategy and an executive officer for WhamTech. Previously, Larry was a Partner at BKD, a National CPA firm serving as the Managing Partner of the Dallas and Waco TX offices and then South Region Transaction Services lead. Before that, Larry founded and served as Managing Partner of KBA Group LLP, a large regional Public Accounting Firm. Larry serves on advisory boards for BlockQAI, Kwivik Therapeutics, and Amegy Bank-Dallas. He is a CPA and CGMA. Larry is married and lives in Dallas, TX.

Lisa is the Chair of nDivision’s Nomination & Governance Committee and is currently Global VP Alliances & Channel Chief for Rackspace Technology (NASDAQ: RXT) having held leadership roles in sales, customer success and GTM. Lisa is on the boards of the Texas Conference for Women, the Rackspace Foundation, and Girls, Inc. and holds a BBA in Accounting & Business Management and an Executive Business Administration & Management degree from University of Texas. She lives in San Antonio, TX, with her husband and 2 sons and enjoys golf and fitness.

Lisa Heritage McLin

Kelly has led double digit revenue growth as the Chief Marketing Officer for both Toptal and Gartner (NASDAQ: IT). She has also held various leadership positions at Rackspace Technology (NASDAQ: RXT), including VP of Integrated Solutions, and at AMD (NASDAQ: AMD). Kelly serves on the advisory board of Pivot Leadership and as the president of Empowering Women as Leaders in Austin. She has an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS in Industrial Engineering from Texas A&M University. She lives in Austin, TX, with her husband and 3 children.

Susan is the Chair of nDivision’s Audit Committee and is currently a Independent Director and Chair of the Audit & Risk Committee for Pariveda Solutions, a technology professional services company. Earlier in her career, Susan was a partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers and went on to be the Chief Financial Officer for three NASDAQ technology companies: Daegis (DAEG), Zix Corporation (ZIXI) and Pegasus Solutions (PEGS). She holds a BBA in Accounting from The University of Texas at Austin and is a CPA. Susan lives in Dallas, TX, with her husband.

Khaled serves as the CEO at Digiboost and was previously Vice President of Commercial Sales for Dialpad. Prior to that, Khaled spent 15 years at Rackspace Technology (NASDAQ: RXT) as VP of Sales. During his time at Rackspace, Khaled held sales leadership positions from Enterprise Sales, EMEA Sales, Installed Base Sales, Latin America Sales, to Managed Dedicated and Cloud Computing Services. Khaled graduated from Middlebury college with a degree in Economics. He lives in New Braunfels, TX, with his wife and enjoys spending time at the lake.

Lane serves as the SVP of Global Business Applications at Quisitive (TSXV: QUIS,V). Previously, Lane served as Chief Revenue Officer at nDivision. Before that, Lane spent 24 years at Microsoft, generating $18B of revenues, and as the Vice President for the South Central US, was responsible for $2.2B of revenues, 500 enterprise customers and 450 direct reports. He received his MBA from Christian Brothers University and lives in Dallas, TX with his wife and two sons. Lane is an avid sports fan and enjoys watersports, snowboarding, and biking.

Scott serves as Chief Revenue Officer for DOiT International, and was previously the Chief Revenue Officer for Chargify and the VP of Sales at Mailgun Technologies. Prior to that, Scott held sales leadership positions for Rackspace Technology (NASDAQ: RXT) including Vice President, Sales and leading 200 sales professionals across 25 countries within EMEA. He holds a BBA in Finance & Marketing from the University of Texas. Scott lives in San Antonio, TX, with his wife and two children and likes to spend time with them on his boat.
