nDivision is focused on becoming a 'talent magnet'. Because talent attracts talent, because talent can recognize other talent, because talented people want to join winning, talented teams - whether sports teams or business teams. Our goal is to keep our people challenged, rewarded, and on a track of continued development so that they want to continue their career with nDivision. nDivision deploys a multi-faceted approach to becoming and remaining a talent magnet, including the "ARMED" methodology:
To achieve the demanding goals that it sets, nDivision needs fresh ideas and diverse insights. So we seek out and welcome people with differing backgrounds and perspectives - from employees and our partners. Our workforce is a good example. Each of nDivision's highly skilled employees brings distinct insights based on his or her combination of gender, age, culture, ethnicity, religion, abilities, sexual orientation, education, and upbringing. At nDivision, those various perspectives are a powerful asset, because they reflect the diverse nature of our customers. Diversity breeds differences and differences of opinion breed a better and more innovative business culture.
nDivision is committed to fair and equal treatment of employees and applicants. We will recruit, hire, promote, transfer and provide opportunities for advancement on the basis of individual qualifications and job performance. In all matters affecting employment, compensation, benefits, working conditions, opportunities for advancement and layoffs, we will not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, religion, color, creed, national origin, citizenship status, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, age, disability, or status as a covered veteran.
At nDivision, we utilize a "kaizen" philosophy, which is Japanese for "improvement", or "change for the better". It refers to a philosophy or practices that focus on continuous improvement of business processes. Kaizen is a daily process, the purpose of which goes beyond simple productivity improvement. It is also a process that, when done correctly, humanizes the workplace, eliminates overly hard work ("muri"), and teaches people how to perform experiments on their work, and how to learn to spot and eliminate waste in business processes. Successful implementation requires the participation of employees in the improvement. People at all levels of an organization participate in kaizen, from the CEO down, as well as external stakeholders when applicable.
