Standard Operating Procedures
We’ll work with you to follow your current SOPs or develop new SOPs as needed to make them compliant with Azure best practice standards, and keep you up to date on new Azure services, nd develop associated SOPs.
Change Management
All SOPs are supported by a mutually agreed Change Management process. Provisioning, updating, or decommissioning of VMs will need to comply with Change Management processes, as will our Cost Management or Optimization Management services.
Automation
Anything running on Azure VM can be part of an automation, including databases, applications, and more. On average 83% of all VM incidents are resolved by automation, and 99% of all incidents involve some autonomic engagement.
Continual Services Improvement
Utilizing regular Service Reviews, ITIL Level 2 Management candidates for automation are identified and prioritized. Measures for Cost Management & Optimization Management are discussed and actions agreed upon.
